Going from direct to retail

Hi everyone, new here. I have a small athletic wear manufacturing company I started 5 years ago. Our business doubled every year the first four years, but the last year has been tough with all the market problems.
We sell direct to customer -- through clubs and organizations -- doing custom products. In order to grow now, we have to change the way we do sales. The problem is, I don't know how to. I know what I need to do, but I'm am not a sales person.
What I do know is that the garment industry is odd and follows it's own rules. So how do I go about finding distribution networks and sales agents? I too received monthly emails from Into Stores, but I don't know how well that would work.
Advice is welcome! Thoughts, ideas, or just comments too!
Thanks
Susan
