The Art of The Elevator Pitch

I have 2 Angel Investors and many of my friends have asked me how I got so lucky. It wasn't luck. There is an art to the elevator pitch.

1) Know your product/service.

2) Know your demographics (target customer niche)

3) Know how much it will cost to get started (pad time period) It usually takes a bit longer than you think.

4) Be able to summarize you endeavor in the amount of time it takes to go from ground floor to the penthouse in an elevator. Be clear and succint. Just enough to wet their palate to get a sit down meeting.
