New bakery sandwich shop looking for opening funding?

We are looking to open a bakery / sandwich shop in clermont fl. there is no other places like this around and will be baking fresh pastries and breads,and custom wedding & 3 d cakes. As well as fresh made sandwiches to order. I am a chef with 24 years experience in the restaurant / food business and have learned allot from other failures and successes. I have a pretty good business plan and would like to see if anyone may be interested in funding this establishment it will be a five to seven year investment with a good return, and low overhead to run. if interested please contact me.
