Submitting articles

Has anybody had good luck getting articles you`ve written picked up on sites by using an article submission service? If so, any recommendations?

I go along with Craig.  Your better off going directly to the sites.  You can look up Constant content and look for similar sites with Google.  Agents also charge for their service even if you get nothing.

I`ve always had much greater success contacting magazine and website editors directly to establish a relationship resulting in requests for article submissions.

I think that there have been many good suggestions offered thus far. It would probably help to know your area of expertise so that people can make additional suggestions.
Also, don`t rule out printed magazines and newspapers. Many have
instructions for how to submit, or just contact a few of the editors at
pubs you like. Also, be sure that you have the rights to any media you
use, such as photos.
I`ve written about 100 article for printed and online pubs, and I agree that submitting original content to the leading sites and pubs in your industry is a very good idea.
