craft class coordinator

My wife works at a major arts and craft supply
retailer, and recently they stopped offering their art classes, There seems to
be a demand for them because many of there customers are asking about were else
they can find classes, so this gave us an idea to coordinate instructors and
offer classes, we would assemble the material and instructions needed for the
project, and sell the kits, the advantage is we are limited by what a certain
store has in stock. We just need to find locations, we even thought about a
local book store coffee shop that has a basement for group meeting, and we also
thought about nursing homes. So tell me what you guys think it kind of a
different craft business
