Just read a good book, Reality Sells by Andrew Corbus & Bill Guertin.  They explain the 4 Laws of Autheticity:  Freedom, Originality, Transparency & Respectability.  If you sell a
product or deliver a service, you`ll find this book helpful. 
`Free Goodies` (more info on various topics) are listed at the ends of chapters.  You can

There are interesting little tidbits of trivia, too.  Did you know Disneyworld has underground tunnels with restaurants, parking garages, entrances to all parts of the park, etc. for the employees?  Me, neither.
