Pablo:Many universities host business plan competitions. You usually need at least one student per team to compete. I have seen some State and local government organizations host competitions as well.I`ll talk to one of my old professors to see if there is a database or website out there.Maybe StartupNation.com should host a competiton. - If you guys are out there, I`d be willing to help get that going...

There`s one that isn`t run through the universities called www.launchtogether.com, that`s free to register.
 
I have also been looking for non-university business plan competitions if anyone knows of any.
