I agree with bloomtools those are the 2 better ones, however article marketing is not the greatest method to build links in most cases.
A better question is what is the business trying to actually achieve and how could link building / SEO help with this.

There are many good websites for article submission like Ezine Reddit and many more.Main thing is that the content must be unique for each article and we must use the keywords with link in each article.Then we will get the real benefit of the article submission.

I am using all the article directories as you have provided in this post, but a little problem that most of them accept duplicate article in some rare cases I prefer those article directories which prefer fresh and unique content.
