building a automative website

Hey guys,I need some help.   What I need is a website that would allow a customer to choose from different templates and choose  fonts, colors, etc and they can preview the project as they work on it.  Once finished they will receive a pdf of the finished project.   It would work on the same nature as a automatic website builder.  Not  sure where to start.  I have built websites before but not this complicated.  Can someone point me in the right direction or tell me how much I can expect to pay a designer to create such a website? thanks,fisherman1/30/2008 2:54 PM
