Came across this tool today and just thought ya`ll might be able to use it. It allows you to set up a meeting with multiple participants by finding the date and time that works best for everyone and it`s free and it works via the web. Anyway, I set up a sample so ya`ll could see how it works:Sample MeetingDoodle Home PageR-PS - it also lets you set up any kind of poll without dates or times as well.
