Hi everyone, I am in the process of setting up an S. Corp and am not sure how many shares of stock to issue.
"Number of shares Authorized"
"Number of shares proposed to be issued without further report to the Secretary of State: "
"Consideration to be received therefor:" And cannot find any info online regarding this. Any input would be appreciated.
