My website template(critique)

Hi. I just started out as an author/designer on Themeforest. Themeforest is a place for buy and sell website templates. It could be WordPress, Plain HTML or eCommerce. Top authors earns atleast $25,000 a month(believe it or not) that's why i really got hook to it and immediately started building an html template. So far i already earned $231 for my item for 4 days, you can view the item details HERE. I am thinking of quitting my job and concentrate as a themeforest author but i wanna see how the item goes in a couple of days. Anyway here's the template itself. Any feedback is appreciated.

@Sophia_M: You need to do it yourself, i recommend you study the basics of wordpress and html. Give yourself 2 weeks learning it, you don't have to be an expert in order to add more pages. You can tell the designer to do that for you but of course that would be a separate job.

Website design also compromise better design for your domain as if your customizing it.
