INCORPORATING A COMPANY IN CANADA

I`m working on a start-up in Canada (similiar to the US). Its an LLC or Corporation, type ownership. I dont have enough money for a lawyer so does anyone know of how to complete the Articles of Incorporation on a basic level and when I can afford a lawyer, can these things change?
