Hello all, I am new to this forum and looking for some help on where I can find some information on becoming a restaurant consultant, what is involved, and if it might be a good career choice to start up part time while continuing a full time job until the new business gets off the ground. This is for a family member who has 31 years` experience in the restaurant business management and has managed the startup and opening of 2 restaurants. I am trying to research the subject and haven`t found any good sources of information. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks so much.
