How do I find a copacker?

I have come up with a whole new food product that is not currently being produced and would like to fine a copacker but I am a bit overwhelm with all the information and all the steps of what I need to do to get my product to the supermarket. It is a food that is gluten free, soy free and egg free and in my area I feel that it would have a place in the whole food industry. I need advice as to what steps to take. So far I have tested it out on my family and a doctors office.
