Can you figure out what the site is about in 10 seconds?

This is a beta version. Please excuse the mess.
I need to know if when you visit this site, can you get the pitch in 10 seconds or less. Is it understandable? Interviewables.com 
I did the site myself. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. It is far from complete however. I just want to know if I`m heading in the right direction.

Craig you`re a genious, I really appreciate your help. I won`t forget you when I make it big.
The lag time is probably because I`m using free hosting. I`ll go to paid hosting this weekend.

I think you need to go halfway between your original description and Craig`s.  It took me a couple of minutes to figure out what your site was.  Or  maybe a large "How it Works" button?Steve

How about adding a video. I hate using those generic videos I have, my camera is on the fritz. Once I have some actual interview videos to show, they will explain a ot by themselves. Thanks for the input, I`ll work on it.

Great concept! We`re all fortunate to have such amazing talent amongst this site! The comments have been dead on and impressive. I`m just curious, what about using somewhere on the site something like, now you can see yourself the way others really see you?

First thing that comes to mind as I view the site is..."Wow"!  My  neuron transmitters are firing off because help has arrived.  And yes, I can see, I can see!

Your comment is inspirational.I still need some guinea pigs to get the ball rolling. I need videos posted so that I can take down the placeholder videos on the site.
