Partnering with internationals?

I am partnering with someone from Australia for my business. That means
they`ll own a percentage of the business, and will get a % of revenue
in the form of dividends at the end of each month. There`ll be no
salary.

I was wondering what kind of extra problems will arise from this? i.e. taxes, etc.
