Possible collaboration with a tech company based in California

I own a small IT business based abroad. Our main focus is reselling computer software from all major vendors, like Microsoft, Symantec, Adobe and etc. to commercial customers and government. Also we are very proficient with Microsoft platform and could provide support/implementation services for almost any small-mid sized customer need. We are working since May, 2006 and reached $4M in sales in FY`07. However, we are not consider it as a big success because average order for software is pretty big - from $10k to $30k and profit margin is low.
I am in the US for three month already and I would really like to test some business ideas here, before I leave, that worked very well for my company abroad. What I could offer:
From 100% (at beginning) to 50% (if I will generate some noticeable income) of all profits generated by me.
I am an MCSE and by myself I could provide some local help, if needed. I am proficient with wide array of server/client/network/ip telephony/web development/internet promotion technologies.
Microsoft Gold Certified status for your business organization. What I will need:
A work place for one or two people – table+chair, internet connection, parking space, access to printer.
Phone with a phone line.
Some form of business organization under which name I will work. I understand, it’s a very sensitive question and I could discuss the terms under which I could use it and I will provide almost any kind of proof required to prove that it`s not a scam. Everything will be absolutely transparent. If it’s not possible, I could register one, but it will slow things down a bit.
Let me know if you are interested or if you have any questions.
