I am inverstigating setting up a Forum; but quite different to this one.
The Forum I have looked at which has the functions I want is around USD$6,000 to set up and then USD$3,000 per annum to maintain.

Ric: Is your set-up cost based on outsourcing the web development side of things?
Yes; it would be up and ready to go.But it is VERY different to this site.Much like a php site on steroids! The site would be fee-based where m clients and subscribers would pay USD$250 per year or USD$595 Lifetime Memebership.
