What is the best way to do this after adding the content? I've recently purchased a couple sites (HighStakesPropBet.com and MoneyOverBitches.net) and was wondering what the best way to make money from them. I appreciate any help or information that's provided, thanks in advance.

Google adwords is always a good start, or find products on amazon that your target market would be interested in and become an affiliate partner on amazon.

Pick up the right keywords and try to up your site in google. also you can use social media marketing , email marketing to generate traffic.
