    I like the colors, and both the top logo and the one in the center. I think you need to fill the top graphic with something on the right, the open space doesn`t do anything to offer information, or enhance the page. Same goes for the open area in the lower left menu area.The remote support option is a nice little feature, however I would want some type of information or disclaimer about what you will/can or will not/cannot access on my PC while working in this manner.Place more content on your main page .... one paragraph won`t necessarily convince me to keep exploring the rest of the site. I think 2 or 3 paragraphs that are more descriptive of your services would be beneficial.

    I love your Douglas Digital Logo.
    You know where you have get up and running again, why don`t you put
    "We will get you up and running again faster than you may think"
    Call us now         &nb sp;      your telephone number   to find out how easy it is
    to get your computer running again by a computer specialist.
    You need a call to action on the customer`s part. That is why your
    telephone number should be right there for them to easily see and use.
