Looking for Websites for International Job Postings

Hello Everyone,

  I am working on a startup and have a few job positions which I am promoting
at many sites across the internet.  Currently I am using about a dozen sites and many mailing lists and forums but not getting enough applicants.  Does anyone have any pointers on free
websites for international job postings.  My particular need is in the
information technology field but I have not found many sites that offer a truly
"global reach".  Most of the pay sites are prohibitively
expensive and I would not like to go that route.  Any ideas or suggestions
are appreciated.

    Myspace.com - You need to activate a free account. Then you can post in classifieds. Thier classifieds section is a copycat of craigslists format.
    Myspace rocks because not only do they have 90 million members worldwide. People who are interested who contact you within myspace, you can see their myspace profile and learn more about potential candidates.
