Need help opening a liquor store

I am currently in the process of finishing my business plan. I am interested in opening a beverage center (liquor store), beverage center just sounds better I am trying to determine start-up costs. I running into trouble, trying to locate the costs of alcohol, beer and wine. I have contacted a few local distributions unfortunately they won`t talk to me without a liquor license. Any help that anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Are you a regular at any local "watering holes."   If you are a regular at any local bar/pub and you are in good with the owner, they may share their wholesale pricing catalog with you.  Just a thought...

I`m not sure where in Georgia you are located, but you definitely need to check with local city, county and state agencies. Liquor stores are highly regulated.
