Trademark and Copyright

Hi all! So I am planning on setting up my website and going to buy a domain with the same name as my website, unfortunately I have no clue on how to trademark my website and I'd like that trademark to be recognized by majority of countries,I have read about this so called "madrid protocol" which is a trademark law recognized by 86 countries if such thing exist and possible how do I trademark my website under the madrid protocol?? has anyone done it before? And also how do I copyright my website? I would like my company to have all rights reserved for it. (internationally) if possible. though I have searched the internet for answers I am not quite sure how it still works. All replies will be greatly appreciated! thank you!
