Hiring people to work at home

I`m almost to the point I`ll need to hire people to sew my eye and neck pillows.  I`ll start slowly with probably one or two people.  I will probably pay by the piece. 
I need some advice on this.  Help!

What are the tasks that will be given to these people that you are going to hire? If it is some routine tasks, I would recommend hiring a virtual assistant or using a virtual assistant service like TaskUs which charges proportionately according to the hours of work that you require.
