Challenges in selling your products?

What issues frustrate or challenge you when selling the products of your start up company? What would you most wish (in relation to selling)?
I will be giving a presentation in selling skills for some start up companies and to prepare for that I would be grateful for any hints that you can share regarding the questions above.

Some frustrations that startups, small and medium-sized companies have when it comes to sales is when they don't know how to even start. Sometimes you'll have the strategies of selling but you are unable to find or create a database of people or companies to which you are about to sell. Lead generation can be really frustrating, that's why some companies tend to outsource it to BPO companies that excel in lead generation services.

I think it is normal to face such problem when we are just started a business but such a good experience because we learn.
