Selling an idea to a franchise corporation

I have a great concept that i would like to sell to a franchise. It is in keeping with their mission statement and would increase their market share exponentially. I don`t want to undersell myself, and amd not sure if I need to sell my business name while I am at it, as part of the concept. Any ideas? Blupanther2006-9-27 10:2:59
