Can you tell me about autoresponders?

What companies are good that offer auto responders? How easy is it to add an auto responder to a "pre-canned" website? You`re talking to a semi-illiterate computer person  Thanks!

    Auto Responders is free. It should be included with your web hosting. All you have to do is create an email address, and it should have that feature. If you don`t have them switch over to my web servers and you have unlimited autoresponders for like 9.95 a month. Of course it includes web hosting, email, free applications, and technical support.
