Business Relocation - What to do?

Not entirely business startup, but it`s close. I have an Michigan S-
Corporation, and I`m under contract for a public institution there.
However, I`ve recently relocated to DC. I`m not sure what to do with my
corporation.

1. Leave the MI corp in place, but I`ve got to pay witholding in both MI
and DC as well as corporate taxes.

2. Somehow close the MI corp and create a DC LLC. Then I could just pay
estiamted taxes in DC; although, technically I would be liable for MI
witholding.

ANy other ideas? Pros and Cons?

Thanks in advance.
