Hello,
I am a member of a startup providing both an online service and a computer application that work in tandem with each other. Currently, we are in the process of applying for an LLC, however, have come across some time sensitive sales opportunities that could potentially close soon.
My question to the community is if there are any resources online that might be able to provide us with a legitimate sales contract template that we can adapt for our business for the time being while the LLC application is underway. We are looking for something comprehensive enough in scope to cover all aspects of the sale between the client and ourselves, i.e. the detail typically found in a business terms and conditions legalese.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
