I have just incorporated (s corporatio) my real estate investment business crossno investments inc.
I don`t plan on investing in any real estate until January of 2009.
Is it ok to have already incorporated my business name?

You will have to file some tax forms for 2008 - even if you have no income. It`s likely (depending the State where you incorporated) that you will have some annual fees due at the end of 2008 to keep the corporation current.
