Since everybody loved my Alexander the Great story so much I thought I`d follow up this cool article about how Lincoln`s reinstatement of George McClellan turned the tide on the Confederate army and helped the Union army win the civil war.  An inspirational tale of leadership.  Hope it inspires entrepreneurs like it inspired me.http://www.smallbusinesstycoon.com/index.php?itemid=20

    I put Abraham Lincoln as a reference in what success means in the notable "Model for Failure "Post, I believe he is one of the best success`s there ever. Talk about never giving up, this man went through so much personally and professionaly i may name a child after him....that is if I have another child and it is a boy!
    Leadership does include recognition of others.
