How to register other partners on file with the IRS?

Hi,
My two friends and I just started a LLC. We recently filed our company with the IRS and obtained our EIN. However, during the application process, eventhough we indicated that the company was a partnership (since LLC was not an option), the application did not ask for the names of the other two partners. So, we registered the company under one of my friend`s name/id.
How do we go about registering my second friend and I as the partners for the company?
