Google, UK Traffic Increase

Over the last few days, I`ve noticed a significant increase in the amount of traffic I get from Google, UK. Previously, I was only getting between 6-8 UK visitors per day. But for about the last week, I`ve been getting upwards of 40 UK visitors per day. And I really haven`t done anything differently to specifically target UK visitors. Has anyone else noticed an increase in traffic from Google, UK recently?
