Good Website Builders

I`m in search of a good Website Builder. I need either a service or software that will allow me to build and maintain an e-commerce site. Looking for something that will allow me to import my own template, apps (ie shopping carts, blogs etc) and is fairly easy to use. I am tech savvy, just been out of the game awhile and from the looks of things building a website is not just html anymore. Does anyone have a recommendation?
Thanks

Zen Cart is the way to go. Or if you don`t like it go with Os Commerce, or Magento shopping Cart.
Where you been Nikole? Nice to have you back..
I use Website Wizard for all my sites. Hate goDaddy`s website tonite but do have it for a couple of projects. User hostile. So was/is Ipowerweb. But these are turnkey sites, everything`s included. Not for true designers.
Input from someone who has enough hard earned knowledge to be dangerous.
I`d also recommend Zen Cart for your ecommerce needs.
Zen Cart is not a "website builder", but certainly can be modified to the look you desire.

I bought it and can honestly say that there has never been anything like this ever sold at any price! This is less than $200 bucks, with no renewals, update or hosting fee`s ever. Buy it once and it`s your forever.
I think you`ll like xsitepro2.com it has it all, Believe it!
Could someone clarify something. Zen Cart and Shopify are shopping cart applications, correct? Xsitepro is a website builder. I need to create a website with blogs, forums and pics and incorporate that with the products I will be selling. I am a bit confused as to if I can build such a website through these shopping carts apps or do I need to build the site seperatelty and add the shopping cart when uploading to the host. Note: the web design will be all custom templates that I have created, I will not be using standarized templates.
As I browse thought these shopping cart website it looks like you can create a website from them, but I am thinking that thier might be limitations on what you can do.
It`s kinda blatant, but I can recommend my studio. My link is in the signature.
As far as free software, I would recommend Magentocommerce.com
