Low-budget Marketing for vacation rental property?
Hi,
I currently manage a few properties for an investor. I am curious about advice on garnering more leads for a vacation property (winter based) on a very low budget. VRBO has currently returned a large amount of leads (and bookings), Craigslist is mostly spam, as 1/10 leads are legitimate.
My thought is to build a website for the property / properties, and do a blitz SEO / SEM campaign, which I have some experience in.
Besides the website, any thoughts from property managers / investors?
