Where is the best place to learn Writing Copy?

Recently the subject of writing ad copy came up.  It seems from all I here that this is where the real difference is made from mediocre sales to extraordinary.  I was wondering where you would direct someone wanting to learn CopyWriting without going to a regular college or university?

By the way, some of the best copywriters also have some sort of sales background. After all, copywriting is nothing more than salesmanship in print.
