amount for licensing a technology

How much should I pay/charge for licensing a technology? There are three basic methods used to assess the value of IP assets - the Cost Method, Market Method and Income Method.
In the Cost Method, the value is the cost incurred in developing or purchasing the technology or intellectual property.
In the Market Method, we can look at what comparable technologies have licensed for.
In the Income Method, we can look at the estimated revenues the technology is likely to produce (or savings it may generate). This amount is compared to the cost to make the same revenues or savings some other way.
