Husband and Wife LLC for investments

My wife and I are thinking about investing in the stockmarket.  Is it a good idea to incorporate as a two person LLC in Florida, then loan our own money to it? or should we just invest  in the stockmarket as we are?

Interesting question. However, I would go with investing in the market as you are. In any case, I would love to see what the other suggestions would be...........

If you intend to invest solely in the stock market - I can`t think of any real benefit
