AutoZone vs Oil Zone and Wash Zone

AutoZone is one of the largest retailers of automotive products.
The other guy used the marks “Oil Zone” and “Wash Zone” to offer car washes, 10-minute oil changes, transmission and other mechanical services.
How often would consumers be confused into thinking these different companies were somehow affiliated (e.g. affiliates or spin-offs) or even the same company – based on similar names and similar goods/services?   What is the likelihood of confusion?
