marketing opportunity in organizing information and data

there is a recent article out [not by me or on my website] about how the cost of E-Discovery threatens to skew our justice system [even more] in favor of large businesses.  One thing mentioned there is a potential opportunity to see a business value in organizing information and data.  Is there somebody that can take advantage of this trend?  Might be a good e-opportunity if this is for you.
