Entrepreneruial Appetite Test

Hello!  I was told that perhaps this might be better over here- we`ve just developed the EAT, the entrepreneurial appetite test- to assess your desire and readiness to jump into full-time entrepreneurship.  As I`m learning, we`ve got a lot of work to do on the quiz- but I`d love your feedback.  Does it bring up anything you had never thought before?  Does it help you see where you could focus some energy?  What did you feel about the results?

Thanks a lot- I`ve gotten a lot of feedback for this forum and have actually re-designed the quiz completely, including the opt-out.  I`ll post the results when we`re done with the re-design, and I`d love for you to look at it.
