Hey all - when sending out a business document is sending one more proper than the other?
I know pdf will be better for a lot of reasons but what if the person doesn`t have reader already installed?

Word is a pretty universal application, but it is not guaranteed that everyone will have it. Play it safe and stick with a PDF.
