Help: Marketing to students

This is sort of a "spray-and-pray" solution but here`s my idea:Advertise on the student social networking site: Facebook.  That would be a great way to reach a wide array of students.Hope that helps.

For property in the UK, the university would have a housing section where students can go to get details of propertues available. You could get a list and then contact all the landlords advertising vacanies and show them the value of your media.
 
Local PR may also be a route - especially in the run up to a new semester/year

Is there a way you could link to or be affiliated e-partners with: ACT, SAT, GMAT, LSTAT websites?
Besides contacting student activities offices  what about contacting: off-campus housing offices; campus career centers; student newspapers; and campus admission office`s.  (The campus admissions offices are typically the front line for student recruitment.)
