Overall, I like the look and feel of it.Your SEO ....1. No meta description or keywords.2. Get rid of the word "Homepage" in the title.3. Move the CSS and javascript to external files and import them.4. Image alt tags like "Home Link", "Services Link" don`t do anything for seo purposes; use keywords or keyphrases, or at least a reference that it is an image.5. You have no h1 or h2 tags.6. Code to Text Ratio : 8.15 %7. Validate it with W3C.

Your location should be the number one SEO keyword. Add "Broward and Palm Beach" to your title, your keywords tags, your description, and repeat across your pages.
Realistically, you only care if you come on top when people search for "Palm Beach errand service", not the generic "errand service".
