 My partner and i are looking to get in touch with a night club in washington dc and would like to set up avending stand on their sidewalk space to serve hungry patrons during and after shows. I would like some advice on how to draft a favorable proposal, terms of agreement, should we rent the space? as well ask how best to contact them with our proposal since its a private establishment we will be dealing with.  Thanks,
