What's Your Plan "B"?

Okay, you've built this gorgeous website. You've been promoting it on FaceBook, MySpace, Twitter and every other popular social networking site out there. You've spent thousands of dollars on pay-per-click and other advertising methods. And finally, after doing all of that, you have few if any sales to show for your efforts. All of your promotional efforts have failed. So, what do you do next? What's your plan B? What? You don't have a back-up plan? When running a business, you should always hope for the best, but you should also plan for a worse case scenario. Let's face it, things happen. That's why you should ALWAYS have a plan B, in the event things don't go as planned. Not having a back-up plan is analogus to driving your car without a spare tire. If one of your tires goes flat, you're stuck on the side of the road looking foolish. The prudent thing to do is not put yourself in that position to begin with.
