3 months ago we set out with a core team and validated the most promising and one of the most lucrative business areas this new market will offer.
Now we are looking for the right talent to really make a successful start-up see the light of day and play at the top.
We won't get specific, but it's about a globally scalable software solution in the cannabis industry. The market has a small handful of competitors that have all been able to reach 10 million + fundings. The Barrier to Entry is not without and only conquerable with high talent & capital investment. You should now have an idea of the huge potential of the business. Of course you will get more information in a first interview.
We are looking for a* B2B platform expert* who could additionally gain experience in UX product development.
Requirements are:
Availability of 15 -20 h per week
Experience in the B2B platform market
Experience in UX design or product development
Management experience
Experience in the startup space or founding
Strong communication skills with the engineering team
* Not every requirement must be met

You are entering a start-up in the orientation phase. We have found the right focus and see tremendous value in our objective. You will become part of the founding team, so be prepared for tremendous effort, difficulty, and quick decisions. We continue to face enormous hurdles such as funding, development, uncertain market conditions, competition and more. Likewise, we can only offer payment via shares and the enormous potential. This position therefore offers enormous potential, financially as well as career oriented, but in return also requires a high level of commitment and risk taking.
