How to locate users of outsourcing services?

Hi Everybody, I have a technology idea aimed at reducing the need for outsourcing of certain digital activities. I’m currently looking to locate some interested parties that currently (or are considering) outsourcing that could provide some use case examples, that I in turn can use to build/test/verify my idea. Does anybody have ideas on how I could best find these parties? Thanks for your help.
