Our Startup's doing $10,000 MRR. But my health is failing..

I am the cofounder of a B2B job marketplace. Over the last year we reached $10,000 MRR with mostly organic traffic. 

There are many other good things I could say about the company. But unfortunately my health is failing (I will give more details)

So, I would like to sell some or all equity. Do you have any suggestions? It would be nice if a VC or Angel came along..

 (Cofounder does not have the capital to buy we out). He would also like to continue with the company).

I konw there are friends and family. But again lacks the careful.. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
